@Angel A Dieguez,

One great product to do this is with a conventional renovation loan which I would be happy to assist you with, feel free to DM me. You can do as low as 15% down payment on the renovation amount plus the purchase price as long as it will be a longer term hold and not a flip.

For example

Home Price: $200,000

Renovation: $100,000

Price: $300,000

15% down payment: $45,000

Now there are closing costs to discuss as well as some other intricacies of how renovation loans work but that is generally how the down payment would be calculated.

 Thank you Nick, I will look up those numbers closely

I am looking for any recommendations for Lender in the Dallas- Forth worth area. I am looking to purchase my first property in distressed and start the BRRR method. I know that there is many different options when it comes down to financing the deal.

I been looking to purchase an investment property, but so far people have been paying over listed price? Any tips on how and where can I find good deals?how much is too much?

I am looking to buy a single family or a duplex in DFW. With this high market now, what are of DFW will be a good place to start? Does anyone know an investor in DFW who is also a veteran? I was in the navy and I would love to become one day a successful real estate investor like Brandon turner is.
