Hi All! I am a new member from Miami as made famous by Will Smith's "Miami". I currently live a bit south of the more densely populated areas. I own my former residence, a condo in desirable east Kendall that I have rented. It has certainly been a learning experience, but the property is cashflowing and I am looking to invest in another SFH, multi family, condo, or townhouse in the next 3-6 months. I am listening to the podcast daily and practicing deal analysis with some spreadsheets I found online. I work with loans, so have some experience in the field. Looking forward to connecting with fellow BP buddies!
