Well, I think Mr_Investor has got the best points indeed to make Obama happy and I am happy I don't have a fan following like that.

The best thing about this business is that you don't have to worry how you look and you can always concentrate on your job without getting conscious of some unnecessary things.

If PNW has some examples of those funny ads to show up here. He is always welcome to make all of us laugh for a while.

So, which topic do you like the most? I mean to share on the radio.

Craiglist is certainly not for the serious business only and you will certainly find a lot of funny stuff there as well and that's what we need some times.

Well, I am not that obsessed with real estate although I do like the field and I am not sure about PMS like woman as well.

Las Vegas is a dream place to go to but I will still say that to have a new beginning even Philadelphia is not a bad idea.

Consider all the legal procedures and I guess there should not be any problem with that.

Sometimes I do feel that there is yet so much to learn in the real estate market and thanks for sharing so much of information here with all of us.

It is really nice place.I thing you should go after it .
