Hi, BP community!

Primarily I'm highly interested in multi-family and SFR in Louisville, KY and possibly even flips if the right opportunity came up.

So would be happy to chat with the wholesalers or other investors from that area.

If you are a landlord, considering the sale of your property then let me know about it.

Feel free to send  me a message.

Thank you in advance and stay safe!

Hi everybody!

Few days ago I was told that USPS has some special terms (I guess better price per mailed letter) for business DM.

Do you know anything about this?

Thank you

Then definitley do not stop now! My biggest aha was that I thought my mailers will hit someone who just thought about selling. That is usually not the case - you have to build familiarity first (people call it your brand, seems a stretch in light of real consumer brands, buy essentially yes) and now when a situation arrises they will remember you. You have been there with your offer consistently, which gives you credibility anndd  hopefully they still have your last one or will get your next mailer soon, when all the sudden a live event jumpstarts their motivation from zero to ten.

 Thank you for your reply!

Do you use it?

Thank you!

Do you continue  direct mailing during all that current virus situation? Especially finding motivated sellers in preforeclosure.

Do you get less responses than 2-3 months ago?

Hey, BP community!

Question for those who have a landing page. Which service do you use to create landing page? Is it difficult to do it yourself? What is the pricing?

Thank you
