Hello I have a potential deal. The issue I have is the owner wants to sell only a portion of his property. He has 2 houses on the lot. The address he provided does not show up in tools like Propstream or REI Automator. When I look on google maps I am able to find his property but not the house he is wanting to sell. How should I run comps for this kind of property? Thanks!

I'm honestly a bit lost especially with the time and funds sunk in. We started off buying a simple Sean Terry course to learn about wholesaling and we spent thousands on buying leads and skips and software and we do lots of calling out. We even hired a cold caller to help us go through the list yet we are coming on 2 years and not a single deal. Any suggestions on how to turn this around?

I have an agreement with a Apartment building to provide some rooms for sublease. We are responsible for the payments the management of the rules within and utilities etc. We also have our leases with the residents which superseded the property's lease. Under this situation, am I a property manager and do I need a Real Estate Licences for this? I saw there was an exemption to this and in essence it is just a sublease so I am not sure if I need to apply for this. Please help give me insight!
