MORE: Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry! This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.

While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single family residential, multi family residential, commercial, out of state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

Looking for advice on structuring a three-property multifamily package with two investors.

The package includes two duplexes and a triplex for a total of seven units plus a buildable vacant lot adjoining one of the duplexes.

Sale price for the package is $350k. Local credit union will finance the multi-property package with 20-25% downpayment and I have two investors helping me cover the roughly $90k for downpayment and closing costs.

I am looking for advice on how to structure the deal with my investors and divide the equity, cash flow and ownership.

Appreciate any insight or experience anyone can share. Thanks!
