Hi BP community! If you're in Northern Virginia, DC or Maryland, we invite you to our monthly Real Estate Investors meet-up!

WHERE:
Tysons Corner Center - 3rd Floor Food Court in front of California Tortilla
1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Tysons, VA 22102

WHEN:
6:30pm on Wednesday, December 6th.

Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables and chairs. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry! This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.

While we often see house hackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, out-of-state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

There will be no product pitching (we are not here to sell you anything) at this meetup. But, you are encouraged to bring deals and services your business can provide. We've found this to be one of the best environments to find inspiration, network, and even share insights with like-minded individuals.
