Brett,

A cleaner is often times the main foundation with a vacation rental (really any rental). TurnoverBNB is a pretty great site to get started and gain bids on your property. Each cleaner that bids has reviews that you can look through as well as the amount of jobs they've worked. I've found this is an awesome way to obtain lead generation for cleaners that come to you instead of the other way around.
