Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. I moved from my primary residence, and it then turned into my first rental property. I have been reading and trying to learn more every since. I frequent the Chattanooga area often to visit and have been looking for new investments there also. I am still new to this as I too am working a full time W2 job (sorry I can't be much help with advising), but wish you the best of luck in your investing. If you ever want to chat send me a message.

Hello all, I am Andrew from the Gadsden area, and I have been interested in real estate for a while now. I have my first rental property due to my most recent move of about a year ago, and am now on the look out for more!
