Welcome to BP @Dwaynia Gray ! Best of luck to you in your real estate goals! I have a rental home in the Grand Bay area currently and wish I had known about BP then, I think it would have been a huge help earlier on. I have a question for you @Janice Harvison. Do you have to have wind insurance where your rental is? If so, who do you use? I have had some issues with the company mine is through and have thought about shopping around for a new one.

I have my insurance through ALFA, I'm not sure what the amount is per year for your areas of investment, but mine is around 500 a year on mine. Coverage is for 122k. 

Great information @Andrew Ashby, There doesn't seem to be a lot on the MLS that is a good deal thats for sure, and I have seen many FSBO signs, but none too motivated yet.
