Elizabeth C. Thanks for the welcome note!!. I am one of those blog/Internet community skeptic. So, the first thing I did was to listen to several podcasts (I have almost gone through all). I also spent time reading people's blog. I got hooked on the podcast to the extent of making it my companion (and ditching radio/news) during my approx 2 hours commute to/from work for about three weeks. I sincerely wish I knew about BP before my first deal (I found out about BP after singing a contract).
