I am new to real estate and stumbled upon BP as I was about to close my first real estate transactions. After, searching for a deal and saving up for over three years, my wife and I decided it is 2014 or we wouldn't get started. We acquired our first, a triplex in Lombard IL. Our strategy is buy and hold ranch style multi with positive cashflow.
