That's great advice guys I appreciate it! I am currently looking at multifamily homes in my area with the intent to house hack for the next year and a half. I believe this the best move for me and my girlfriend to get started in real estate. @Ruth Lyons what do you mean by exit strategy? If you don't mind giving me an example.

Bryan, Thank you so much for your feedback. Living there and having done a lot of research on the market over the last couple of years that's what I was thinking as well. ATL will be a tough market especially for a new investor like myself.

Hey everyone! I’m 24 years old and just found out about the idea of investor real estate. Starting from the very beginning after reading books and doing my research on the local markets what should I be doing for the next 6 months? I think the best thing for us right now is to House Hack. Thoughts?
