@Lee Ripma that’s great 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I’ve given myself until 2023 to retire my girlfriend from her job so it’s great to hear your story and know that it’s very simple and very possible even if it might not be “easy”

What is your (definition) of a Real Estate investment funnel?

How long did it take you to make a great funnel?

What does the process look like?

@Josh Oaten interesting! So you wish you would have invested in large apartment buildings rather than duplex triplex fourplex? At the very beginning of after you had a couple of deals first?

@Frank Wong I really like that! I’m early in my investing journey and I have had that same idea that asking people what to do with YOUR money is the wrong approach

I currently try to figure out a system to analyze deals and find lenders to then buy rentals and I know that just comes through experience and just DOING.

I appreciate the comment and i couldn’t agree more. Thanks!

Hey guys! I see a lot of the same questions on these forums and they are obviously good questions to start out with.

I am wondering, however, what are some questions that established investors wish newbies, like me, would/should ask?

What are some questions that you wish you would’ve asked when you first started? Things you wish you would’ve done differently?

Thanks in advance guys!

@Greg Scully thank you so much! I will definitely be at a meet up very soon. Great advice. Would love to hear about your experience with East Ridge and your knowledge of other local markets.

Hi guys! Hope everyone is well.

I have been thinking about working under an experienced investor in my local area of CHATTANOOGA, TN this winter. Has anyone done this? Going about finding a mentor that is willing to teach me the ropes? Any suggestions will help!

Thank you in advance

Andrew

Hi everyone! Was just hoping that anyone who has purchased investment property with bad credit would share their story? Really excited to pull the trigger at the end of the year but still nervous about my bad credit. PS: working on my credit, but don’t think it will be high enough by the time I find a deal in my area.

Thank you

Andrew
