Hey everyone! I'm looking for wholesalers and bird dogs in and around the Austin area.

Hi Everyone,

I put together a list of properties that I would like to contact.  I plan on mailing letters and possibly knocking on doors.  These are pre-foreclosure and tax distressed properties.  I don't know where to begin on what to write in the letters or what to say if I end up knocking on the door.  If anyone has a letter template or a script they wouldn't mind sharing, I'd be super grateful.  Thanks!

I'm looking for a GC in the Austin Tx area. I moved here 2 months ago and I'm putting together a team to flip at least 3 properties in the next 12 months. Any suggestions on what to look for in a GC are also welcome. Never a bad thing to pick other's brains and learn more. Thanks!

Hi everyone!

I recently moved to the north Austin area and am interested in purchasing some rentals in the Killeen/Copperas Cove area.  I've heard that renting to AD military can sometimes come with headaches.  With the silly low home prices in that area, it's almost too good to pass up.  Any advice/knowledge dealing with military rentals would be super helpful.  

I'm a former Marine and have my real estate license in PA, so I'm familiar with both residential transactions and the BAH pay structure.  Like I said before, any and all help is appreciated.  Thanks!
