Hi I am looking to see if some one knows where I can find a real estate investor/coach mentor in Maine that is willing to take me under their wing. I'm 26 and already looking at an investment property to add to my portfolio but would love to be adding nutlike property's to it by end of the year. If anyone knows of some one please shot me a message or comment under this please.

Would love all any information you guys would suggest abx out buying as high as a fourplex triplex or duplex. This will be my first investment property in Maine. What would be good places in Maine to invest with decent renters and should I do this with my own money since it's a buy and hold. All any help will be great thank you.
Is there a way to re watch this webinar?
