I'm enjoying my new Kindle and I'm on the hunt for a book so I can learn about Note Investing.

I realize it's a recently published book but has any reading this read it or know the authors' work?

Other book suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

I ended up attending the Diversified Investors Group - https://digonline.org/   last week.  First meeting was free - Good enough to convince me to pay for a year membership.

@John Mocker He was an agent.  He just gave me unhelpful single sentence responses to every question.

All is good though.  I confirmed the umbrella will cover me on the rental.

I've got my primary home and cars insured with one company (carrier #1) but their quotes for my rental were twice as much as anyone else.  I received a reasonable quote from a second carrier (#2) just for the rental and I wanted to cover it with an umbrella from the first carrier.  Unfortunately the first carrier doesn't seem to understand my questions about if the umbrella will cover the rental even though they policies aren't all through the same carrier.  Can I assume the umbrella from carrier #1 will cover my rental if the policy from carrier #2 is exceeded in some way?  Should I look for specific verbiage in the umbrella policy documents (I haven't received any details just a a dollar amount for the $1M umbrella)

Thanks

@Account Closed  it's an interesting concept allowing people to view your units on their own.  I'm not comfortable with the idea yet.

I have a Craiglist ad.  Street signs aren't that useful given the unit is a bit off the beaten path traffic wise.

@Steve Babiak  Yes a house but it is small.  Small front and backyard.  I don't see a family moving in and historically families haven't lived in the houses on my street that are rented.  Not that should stop anyone but it's not exactly the atmosphere to set up a swing set and BBQ pit with seating. In my opinion.
