@Corina Eufinger sorry about just getting back. Do I just look that up online to see when they meet? Right now I'm looking for buy and hold I would like to start by house hacking and self-managing my first property.

Hello local real estate professionals,

My name is Andrew Harris a licensed real estate broker here in Illinois. I am wondering the best way to connect with an experienced mentor who specializes in multi-family rentals.

I drive all over for my full-time job so I am willing to "drive for dollars", take and email pictures, sent up property searches, and network for a mentor that will walk me through what it takes to build relationships and systems to be successful in this business. So I feel like I can add value to a relationship that I have.

I am with the NAR so I am also looking to further my real estate education so I am determined to be skilled at what I do. It can be local or remote.

Are they on a Y2Y lease or M2M lease? Depending on the tenant / landlord laws in your state. You can give notice to evict, then proceed to renovate.

In all of my properties, I waited until a tenant has moved out, it was much easier. Good luck.

The current property I'm looking at is year to year

Hello, has anyone ever acquired a property that was rented, but you either needed to or wanted to renovate. How did you handle it?

Dear Bigger Pockets Family,

My name is Andrew Harris a new real estate investor out of Lake County, IL. I am currently seeking financing for my first live in multi-family property. Before I make any offers it is wise to know how deals are financed. If you are an investor or lender reading this you know that in this business time is of the essence.

The partner and or lender would be a majority equity owner as well as a fair percentage of ROI. I can be contacted at [email protected] or reached by phone 224-392-2018.
