Hello,

Looking for a way to find this information:

If there are any violations on a building and if the building has any liens.

I live in Chicago and would prefer an investor living here or currently investing here give some advice on the best way to find it.

I'd like to have this information before sending out information on distressed properties and FSBO that come across me.
