I think you get the picture. Lots of ways to get started. Same with the WAY that you find deals. Retail would be to go to a realtor and find some. You could get your office staff to get a mail campaign going for you that would net some deals that you are buying on the cheap. 

You could network with some other small companies and when you HEAR that someone is going out of business, you might be able to get some equipment pretty reasonably priced!! Same with someone wanting to get out of their property.

I’m currently learning in order to get on the market for a Duplex in the San Antonio City area.

Has there been anyone who has been in similar markets that would have an idea on what kind of Capital to have in the beginning overall?
