Hi guys thanks for the input, 

I just began looking because I am a dental student, and my father is a dentist who is currently practicing in Riverside. 

We are looking around and comparing to see what would be a better option. He is currently renting, and the building just got a new owner. We are looking to second option if the new owner decides to increase the rent, since the lease is coming to an end soon.

Hi everyone I am a new member here. I am planning to buy a medical office in Riverside CA within few months. Wondering if there is a group of medical office experts on this forum. Would love to discuss and learn from you guys. If you guys also have any tips on where to look for entries specific in this field that would be great. My name is Andrew Choi and I am a Dental Student in Southern California. I am currently located in the Inland Empire temporary. I always had great interest in real estate since I was very young. Too scared and broke to do anything, but starting to rack up some courage.
