Hi everyone I am a new member here. I am planning to buy a medical office in Riverside CA within few months. Wondering if there is a group of medical office experts on this forum. Would love to discuss and learn from you guys. If you guys also have any tips on where to look for entries specific in this field that would be great. I have financed a few.  What kind of cap rate are you looking at?  I used to office in Riverside off of Pierce Street.  Let me know if you need any help.
