Hey BP! I am hoping you guys could give me a good yet affordable media advertising management company. Looking mostly for PPC ads. I dont have much of a budget but i know that ROI can definitely be worth it if they know what they are doing. Thanks in advance!

I am an agent and have been wanting to flip houses for a while but have been looking for private money to get over the barrier to entry. I finally found one so we are planning on partnering up, he just wants to be the "money guy" and I will handle everything else. (we havnt gotten to specifics yet) I am just wondering though what I would do with my commission? Do i keep it? Put it back into the flip? Set it aside as part of the overall profit? I know this is something we would talk about and agree upon but i really just dont know what the standard is since he is all the money and I am all the work. Thanks in advance for your advice and help!

Hey BP! Like the title says I am curious what the most actionable real estate advice is that you have ever heard, received, given, etc. Whether it is general or applying to a specific niche, starting out or for experienced investors. Whatever it is i would like to know! Thanks!

I am wondering where you get flyers and how you send them out to promote yourself. What websites have good prices, make quality flyers that sort of thing. As well if you prefer postcards, flyers, door hangers etc. and why. There’s are just so many sites and options I need some advice. Thank you!

@Jason DiClemente Makes sense, I’ll definitely keep that in mind if I dI choose to go that route. I can see how I would get second pick but networking with them and letting them know I’m looking for a deal could still be a good ideas I believe

Just as the title says, so what is your opinion on using a wholesaler to get deals when you’re starting out?

I see abandoned homes in neighborhoods when driving by and I’ve tried looking online about how to find the owner and be able to contact them but I have to pay for everything. Are there any free sites or way to find and get in contact with the owner of a home like this?
