Hey BP! Like the title says I am curious what the most actionable real estate advice is that you have ever heard, received, given, etc. Whether it is general or applying to a specific niche, starting out or for experienced investors. Whatever it is i would like to know! Thanks!

1. Never stop learning

2. You're either making money or making excuses.

3. 1\10th the gold I make is for me to keep.

4. If you think you can or can't, you're right.

5. when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

6. The best day to plant a tree was 20years ago, the 2nd best day is today.

7. If you ask a question you might be dumb for that moment, if you don't ask you'll be dumb forever.

8. Anything worth doing is worth doing wrong until you get it right.

9. Getting Motivated last about as long as a shower, it's why we do it daily.

10. If your WHY doesn't make you cry it's because it's not big enough. Start with WHY.
