Hello BP family! This is your cousin Andy B from WV here. I have a tenant that owes over $4k in rents. Has anyone heard how the gov’s rental assistance program will be rolled out for the landlord community? Any info appreciated. Keep Hustlin! Andy 

MHp!? Nice, I looked at one last year in Fairmont. Was overpriced and Didn't make cents to me though. I started in REI when I was 39, gonna be 44 soon. Already have around 300k equity. I'm wishing someone would have told me about RE out of high school. History will not repeat itself,, my 4 kids already know that they're first home will be a multi family-lol

Sounds great guys! I’m waiting to close on my next flip. I’m excited, anxious, and totally scared all in one. I’m feeling pressure to get it back on the market ASAP because the uncertainty of America right now. Oh well,, worse case scenario—- another rental added to the portfolio-lol.
