Hello,, I’m an investor here in Morgantown. I have a dozen rentals and currently on flip 3. This is my side hustle and I do pretty well with it. Gotta have the hustle muscle though-lol. Just got my real estate license. Give me a holla if you wanna grab a coffee and talk sometime.., Andy 

Sorry to bring the bad news. Another reason why I’m getting the real estate license. A lot of agents don’t advertise properly and don’t go the extra mile. I should have it in a few months. I plan to be the agent for the investor. Everyone should have some real estate in the portfolio. Hit me up for coffee if any bper’s in Mountaineer country. Goodluck and God Bless
