Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

This is a unique triplex in Cleveland. It's 2 properties on the same lot. A duplex in the front and an SFH in the back.

@Joe Villeneuve Thanks.  Just curious, in which way are they better to invest in? Less crime and better tenant pool for example?  Could you name some of the areas that you'd recommend?  I'm trying to get familiar with that market.  Thanks again.

Hi @Joe Villeneuve.  I think you're saying the suburbs are better than Detroit proper so they shouldn't be judged the same way.  Did I understand that correctly?

@Justin Wallman I called a couple of guys but they never showed up.  I don't know if everyone was busy or what but it was impossible to get someone to give me more estimates (to compare with what I got from my property manager).  I ended up having my property manager take care of the roof repairs.

@Marc Rice I'm an out of state investor so can't do that unfortunately.

@Cheryl Moore Thank you for the recommendation. So Frisby Roofing comes to Dayton even though they're in Cincinnati?

Hi. Can anyone recommend a good roofer in Dayton, OH? I've gotten a couple of recommendations and I've left voicemails but haven't gotten a call back from either one.

Thanks in advance.
