Hey @Matt Inman and thanks for chiming in.  I have been bombarded with all the useful information on this forum.  Its truly been very helpful.  I am focusing on many of the municipalities in the North County area such as Florissant, Hazelwood, Bridgeton, etc. I am willing to find deals where ever investors are buying but currently in good North County neighborhoods at the moment.  The property that I have under contract is in Florissant 63034.  Its a very nice area and property as well.

Hello Everyone!  My name is Andre L.
