Thanks @David Cowan! I initially planned on sending out 500 but I was told that would not be enough. Maybe it makes sense to do 500 and see what the result is.

I am looking to send out my first direct mail campaign this week. I have obtained a delinquent proerty tax list from a nearby county. Its about 4,500 entries on a Excel sheet. What next? I'm pretty Excel efficient. Do I remove duplicates? Filter in a certain order? Guys please help!!!!

My family and I live in a condo near Jungle Jim's. I hope to find some deals in Butler county. I am prepping to send out a direct mail campaign this week. Any advice @David Hildebrandt?

Welcome! I'm a newbie as well. Besides the BP community, the best information on wholesaling I've seen so far is on Tom Krol's youtube page. That guy is awesome! He gives very easy to understand step by step instructions.
