Hey BP! I was able to access a list of properties with delinquent property taxes in a nearby county. The list is rather extensive. Over 5,000 entries. The guy from the county office said each property listed is at least 1 year delinquent on the taxes but he is unable to specifically distinguish how many months or years each property is delinquent. I have heard several times that you should only send mail to properties that are delinquent two or more years in regards to a delinquent taxes list. Is there any way I can distinguish the properties that are two years or more delinquent?

I need help getting a list together for my first direct mail campaign. Like most people my funds are limited starting out. Can someone please do me a huge favor by pulling a list from Listsource for a specific area I want to target? This would be greatly appreciated!

Will that take away from the "hand written" look? @Lee Smith
