I don’t understand you rebuke him for wanting to buy a book on discount but yet you make a living off of talking people into selling you their mobile home on discount so you could turn it around to sell for more ???? what if the homeowners looked at you and said no, go to a mobile home dealership and pay full price for a mobile home. I hope you understand what I’m saying.

I know I’m coming in late but don’t spend so much money on something you could get for far less. Think about it we have internet these days and YouTube ( social media). For starts order these great books; THE FLIPPING BLUEPRINT by Luke Weber & THE BOOK ON FLIPPING HOUSES by J. Scott. These teach step by step what to do. Then the most important thing to do is pray and go to WORK on it do not PROCRASTINATE!!!!

No, you have to find one on your own. Want a mentor? Prove it. Do the work to find one. 

He is putting in the work to find a mentor, he's on BP asking. If anyone goes to a "guro" looking for a mentor you talk about them and if anyone goes on BP looking you talk about them. If your looking for a REI mentor go to your local meetings or look on Craigslist I hope you succeed . There's enough to go around for us ALL, sometimes we forget that!!!!

I also thought about purchasing the Premium but after reading all the comments , I’ve change my mind , thanks guys!!! 

My goals are Fix /Flip and rentals. I need more knowledge, what's a great source to study from? There's a lot of junk out there mainly high pitches/sales pitches.

Hi Colleen, I'm also from North Carolina in the Fayetteville area near Fort Bragg base. I also have yet to do my first deal. I've found out not only do you need knowledge, but you need confidence!!! From newly REI to newly REI, we have to take the first step to become successful. Wish you the best, maybe we can do some deals together in the near future.
