What is a good approach to contact pre-forclosures? I have sent mail but have gotten no response. Is it better to cold call? If so whats a good starting approach to getting them to listen to what you have to say?

Hello, I just received my bandit signs in the mail and I am planning to put them up but not sure where would be a good place to put them up in my area. I don't plan to continue this way of marketing for long, just want to get a couple deals from them. Anyone have any suggestions on some hot spots for bandit signs, that may no longer use them?

Thank you, Ill try that!

I am currently trying to get more deals, and I want to get locked in with a good real estate agent. Where can I get expired listings? Does anyone know of any investor friendly real estate agents in Richmond VA?

What is a good way to build rapport with a real estate agent if you are trying to do business with them?
