I'm looking for someone to paint the interior of my 2,200 sq. ft. flip house on the NW side of Evansville, IN. Anyone have a recommendation of a reasonable, professional company/person? Thanks in advance!

Help! Bear with me on this…my husband and I have and LLC together. We are investing with a friend, who has his own LLC. We are purchasing a flip home and are trying to figure out how to list our names/LLC on the title work to make for a clean exchange for capital gains. What do you think on how to structure this? Both LLCs? Individuals?

My husband and I are new real estate investors. We found a commercial property to purchase at $389k. First floor is renovated and has a current tenant. Second floor has the opportunity to be renovated into apartment space or even office space, but would need a substantial rehab budget. Each floor is about 3100 sq ft. We would like to benefit from the rental right away and tackle the rehab soon after. What kind of loan might be best?
