need to find a landlord who will permit sublets and arbitrage in El Paso

looking for a landlord who permits sublets for str. how and where can i find them? have looked on many websites but the traditional apts dont permit it. need to find someone with privately owned rentals.

 no idea where the number came from. listed in mls. some dont look bad, thinking the owners got in over their heads. i wouldnt make an offer based on the sale or asking price considering the situation. how can i be creative with a foreclosure to minimize my investment and out of pocket costs and max my cash flow?

Is there a rule of thumb on making foreclosure offers?
