I've got one on the NE side and another on the SE side. Both have been good. The SE side tends to get a bad rap but only the west part of it deserves it. East of about 19th St the neighborhoods are good.

My first thought is the red button, it is after all mathematically a better option. But after more thought, green probably makes more sense for most people.

$1 million, invested wisely, could make enough income to live off of. Or at least enough to get there in the near future. $100 million would be enough to live in luxury. Would I be willing to risk financial freedom, for some extra luxury? When I look at it that way, the risk doesn't seem worth it.
