much appreciate, I have decide to invest in Dayton as I have a few connection's in the era and numbers are looking better for my planned strategy - I'm aware of the difference's and will be doing my due diligence.
if any of you have  a good investor friendly relator to recommend I will be very thankful.

The title said it all.

I'm gonna be focusing on flips with a side of rentals. 

New to investing in the U.S but not new to the Real-estate .
also..... is the bigger pocket pro membership worth it?
