BP Family,

I’m looking to connect with anyone in New Jersey who has extensive knowledge on the reverse mortgage process.

I would potentially like to buy a family property located in Newark, NJ that is under pre-foreclosure due to a reverse mortgage.

The process thus far seems to be very ambiguous.

I’m looking to understand the process and who I need to connect with.

Attorney- Real Estate Attorney? If yes, I would like to connect with who has knowledge regarding the process.

Amir

Hello BP Family I’m interested to know from those of you who invest in St. Louis or surrounding St Louis counties how have your experiences been? I’m looking for general info and thoughts. Are there any success stories out there? If yes what made your investment a success? Are there any bad experiences out there? If yes what made your experience a bad one? Amir

I apologize for the lack of spacing in the post as well. I expected the spacing to posts as I wrote it with the proper breaks but it didn’t as we can see.

Hello BP Family, I am an investor located in Maryland. I’m looking to potentially invest out of state in the St. Louis area and I would like to know what other investors experiences have been investing in St.Louis in general. -Is St. Louis a cash flow or appreciation play and why? -What strategies have you investors used? BRRRR, Flip, Cash buy and hold? -Are you investing in B class, C class or D class neighborhoods and why? -What buying criteria have you used? What is the rental pool like in St Louis, what is the median income? What industries are in St Louis? Is the St Louis area expected to experience population growth? -Is Missouri a owner or renter friendly state regarding tenant laws? -Have you invested in multifamily units, ranch style SFR in St. Louis or others and why? I have also looked into investing in Baltimore, MD. Baltimore at this time in my opinion is a cash flow play, however, investing in Baltimore is a block by block scenario. There are good spots and bad. My assumption is St. Louis is similar regarding where one may invest. Which is of course why I am asking questions here. Amir

@Brandon Mitchell Solid game plan. I have looked at investing in Newark as well. My game plan is very similar to yours regarding numbers. I’m actually from Newark, NJ born and raised but I currently live in Owings Mills, MD outside of Baltimore. I have actually looked at investing in Newark, Baltimore and DC. Currently analyzing all three areas for cash flow or appreciation plays pending location. Newark and Baltimore seem to be very similar interms of block by block good or bad areas to invest. Baltimore, however, seems to be much cheaper but do not offer the large multifamily homes like Newark which is a benefit. DC pending the area can be a appreciation play and some areas such as SE, DC have yet to be fully developed and offer some opportunity. Looking forward to seeing how your plan progresses @brandon.
