Okay I will get leverage on my first property With 50k I will get one multi and one single to start with. I need to look out side the detroit area Like 1 or 2 hour drive from Detroit. Detroit properties are very complicated.

How's Jackson MI for rental properties ? Is it worth it to invest there.

I will get leverage on my 2nd and future properties. But the idea is get the first one free and clear on cash and after few months go to bank leverage next one based on my free and clear property. so that I will keep going and bank will always give leverage when I need. Not sure what I'm saying is make sense or not :)
