@Kash Jawed I am in Michigan and like to invest in Ontario (Outside Toronto) . Is it possible for US investors to get a loan on investment properties Through Canadian banks ? if yes what are the loan terms ? Thanks, Amir

No Pre Payment Penalty. They allow to Refi before 10 years term ends. So now seems like a good deal. Because this property will leave me on around 45k to 46k from day loan start. I will try to pay full and clear within 5 years or so
