Nick,

I would simply locate properties that the investor is looking for and submit them to that investor. If the offer is accepted and the deal is successfully closed, I will accepted a fee of what we agreed upon.

Hello all,

I am in Chicago,IL. Does anyone know of a Bird Dog program here in Illinois or can possibly use a Bird Dog; I will be receiving my license soon and I'd like to use that as leverage for investors vs. using it as a normal Agent.
