Surprisingly Home Depot has a pretty good custom closet design service. Their pricing is on par with other custom closet designers I have talked to.

Hello, we are evaluating if we should invest in a long term rental property (suburbs) or short term rental (close to downtown) in Atlanta. We have pretty good experience with long term rental and we know our numbers. Can someone help me evaluate the numbers for short term rental property management in terms of various expenses, services so we can determine our income to mortgage ratio?

Hello, I am looking for a rental property in greater Atlanta area. I am seeing a lot of 3bd/1ba with garage or 3bd/2ba with parking driveway (uncovered). Should I prioritize an extra bathroom or having a garage? Personally I wouldn’t want to live in a 3bd/1ba. Previously I have owned a 3bd/1.5ba townhouse ( greater Seattle area) with a garage that did really well. Any thoughts? TIA.
