Hello everyone! Glad to meet some folks in my neck of the woods! I am a licensed real estate broker and have a small firm in Panama City Beach. 

I work with and for investors, I run reports and analyze deals and work on behalf of buyers or sellers who would like to remain anonymous. I would love to bring a lender and a licensed contractor on to our team for developments.

My goal is to develop a group of 100 investors over the next 5 years to put together deals in the panhandle we can do in partnerships. I have a Master's in IT Project Mgt from Boston University and have been a licensed broker for 9 years, agent for 11.

I seek only above the table deals and folks that have intense integrity. Our panhandle area is poised for great growth no matter what the economy does! I look forward to participating in that growth and helping others reach their investing and home ownership goals!

The best kept secret in Florida is Panama City Beach and the Emerald Coast! Much higher returns right now, especially in vacation rentals and lots of great mgt companies to handle the turnover. I live and work in this area after 15 years in Ocala/Orlando/Tampa - I don't know the Jax market as intimately but the best bang for your buck may well be the Panhandle. Happy to help you put it on your radar!

I have been in real estate off an on for 10 years in Florida and have extensive IT skills with a MS in IT Project Mgt from Boston Univ. I have recently opened a boutique brokerage in the NW Panhandle of FL and am looking to expand.

There are great opportunities in this area as it has recovered from the crash and prices are still low, rents are excellent (especially vacation rentals) and if I can't personally take advantage of all of them I am going to sell as many as I can to those who are in a position to buy!
