I assume Call LA is call listing agent, but what's cont info? And what does this say about the property where it was posted?

Thanks!

Sounds like there is some consensus! So I'll get the financials and do other due diligence, include supporting docs in my offer to justify it, and offer what I'm willing to pay. Thanks!!

@Roy N. - thanks for your response; that all makes sense. Just to confirm, the vendor is the selling agent?

Post: How to determine commercial lease rates?

Hi all,

Apartment rental prices are easy to find, but for a mixed use unit, I'm having a hard time finding commercial lease rates. Loopnet isn't helping -- can you recommend a site where I might be able to come up with a meaningful number to plug into my calculator?

Thanks!

Alison

Hi investors,

There's a multiunit I'm interested in, and for which I am able to make the numbers work, but it's been on the market for 150+ days. Does this mean my numbers are wrong and it's a bad deal? It's an active market; why wouldn't someone have bought it?

Thanks,

Alison

Hi @O'brian Rossi, just wondering, can you share the calculator you used for your analysis?

Hi, I'm completely new to investing but have been thinking a lot about where to buy and wrapping my head around the idea of buying where the cost-benefit makes sense, not where I think would be a cool/good place to own property. But ultimately, the point of investing is making money, so we have to just go where there's money to be made.
