Hello, @Scott McMahan thanks for the response and the advice. I definitely understand what you are saying and will take head to it. However, when writing in a forum and in any type of written communication there are ways to word your responses or statements that will not come off in a negative tone to the recipient. I guess because I specialize in this area this is why he did seem to come off sarcastic. I'm open to criticism and the truth as long as it is delivered properly. You on the other hand I received your advice and I'm moving forward! Once, again thank you.

how can you wholesale a property that is listed by a realtor.
