thanks for the advice but how much do think i would need to start off, my credit isnt bad so getting the money wouldnt be a problem. Also i was looking into options as a less expensive way to purchase real estate

I want to start out flipping houses, I am trying to get to the point of flipping one house a month. After Building up enough capital I want expand to commercial properties. I have 3000 to start with and good credit so getting a loan wouldnt be much of problem but Im not a big fan of borrowing money. I just need a place to start
