@Dallon Schultz multifamily homes. I was told that all the multi family homes in Phoenix is in the ghetto area and that I should t go for that kind of homes.

Tell me your story on how it went? Was it a good idea? Is there a lot of people looking to live in mobile homes?

Any recommendations as to where I should look? Or if AZ is a good investing location?

Have one question, I’m living in HI now but moving to AZ in a couple months. I want to start off looking for a job that’s related to real estate but idk what. I’m not quit ready to buy or rent my first house yet until I’m more familiar that’s why I’m looking for a job that’s related to it. Any ideas or suggestions I can look for and apply to?
