Looking for multi family home in Arizona
Any recommendations as to where I should look? Or if AZ is a good investing location?

The Phoenix Metro is one of the hottest markets in the country. Phoenix have seen a huge spike in jobs growth, low unemployment rate and population increase. It is a seller's market. There are some multifamily properties that are highly inflated but that doesnt mean you cant find good opportunities out here.
You should attend a multifamily meetup and meet with brokers and other investors in the space to get a fill for the market.
