Hi Noah, congratulations on having an incredible vision at a young age. My advice would be to put yourself around people who are doing what you want to do and lead by offering value (which you've already suggested you would work for free). Check out some meetups and meet people and find out what they are needing help with and offer to do work for them and you'll get to learn along the way.
