Seeking recommendation on contractors in Pinellas County

Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a blessed day!

I'm looking to go under contract for a ran down cottage in Indian Rocks Beach that will be used as a STR after repairs and in the need of a quote or just a professional advice from a contractor in the area. I'm seeing the property this week and will have it inspected within a week so it is a bit short notice but a can really use some help from an experienced and trusted contractor. Please share any contacts you have in the area. TIA

TLDR - I have two other LTR properties in Tampa Bay that didn’t require much work so I’ve never developed a contract with resi contractors. To put it in perspective, the property is 3/2 and requires new HVAC, floors, electrical, kitchen and bathroom remodel. The only thing worth keeping are the walls and the roof (11 years, standing seam metal).

I myself have construction and home remodeling experience and is engineer by trade and would love to tackle the project myself but with a full time job this is not in the cards. Thank you to anyone getting back to me
