Hello. My partner and I are looking into rental investment properties in the Tarrant County, TX, for a SF or possible Duplex. Does anyone have any recommendations on property management firms in this area? We have read some good reviews on 1st Choice Management. Has anyone in the forum used them or have any insight to share? We are not local to the area or within driving distance so we're looking for a reliable firm.

Adam Wright has helped me a lot so far and he works in these areas. I'm looking into rental properties in several tarrant county towns. Good luck

Queens,New york because i was born here make decent money. Looking into rental investments this year so i dont know if that will motivate me to move.

Only thing I can add to what the previous posters mentioned is to make sure the heaters aren't covered in dirt and lint etc. the less heat they radiant the longer it will take to satisfy the thermostat. I'm an Hvac contractor any questions I wouldn't mind helping.

A little word of caution though: often the best deals are gone before the new guys see them, as wholesalers tend to try to get the deals sold first through our top buyers and secondarily through others on our list. It doesn't mean they aren't good deals that will work for you, it just means that they may not be the slam dunk home runs you'd like to see. The market is really competitive these days and you have to find deals any way they come.

I'd also recommend you verify all information you get, and bring along an experienced investor with you when you visit the houses.

Thanks! I will definitely try and reach out to someone experienced. I figured I wouldn't find anything worth writing home about since I am a few years late into the hype of Arlington/dallas etc but I do have family there so I still have interest as I could possibly find my own place to live in.

-im looking for a turn-key property. I cant afford the time to rehab etc.

-decent B or C class neighborhood

-want to stay under the 100k range

are these contractors under service contracts or do you just call them when necessary? thanks
